In (very) rare cases, items may break during shipment. We’ll do our best to help.

Contact [email protected] immediately if your item arrives damaged. 

Photos are strongly recommended (and often required) for shipping claims. 

While we know our customers may be designers too, please don't attempt any repairs unless we've provided written instructions. We're committed to resolving the issue promptly.

While we may not be able to guarantee your exact order is replaced due to potential stock issues, we’ll be sure to resolve the situation as best we can!
