My order was marked delivered but it’s not here.Updated 3 months ago

If your tracking shows "delivered" but your Heller piece is mysteriously absent, first check around your delivery location, including with neighbors or building management. 

Also, please double-check the shipping address of your order (in the order confirmation email) to ensure it’s headed to the right location.

On some occasions, packages may be marked as delivered but take additional time to arrive. Please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number to initiate a trace.
